Rental periods can begin at any time during a month, depending on availability, and rental periods can exceed one month. Rental periods of 30 plus consecutive days are not taxable.

Occupancy: 2-4. Inquire at time of reservation for exceptions, i.e. babies under 2 years with their own crib.

Cleaning during your stay is your responsibility. A cleaning service is available upon your request. The condo is checked for cleanliness and damage before and after your occupancy. Please notify us immediately if anything has been overlooked.
