Exiting from Hwy 5 toward the ocean, proceed to Garnet Ave and continue west on Garnet to Mission Blvd. Turn right (north) onto Mission Blvd and go 3 blocks to Diamond Street. Turn left on Diamond and follow it around to the left, it dead ends almost immediately. You should now be in front of The Ocean Point Condos on your left. The parking garage is under the building down that steep driveway. Use the master key to open the iron gates. Just about by the drivers side window just before the driveway is a red pipe looking structure in the bushes, insert your key and the gate will open. They close automatically after about 15 seconds.
